Clarence River Rowathon

This popular event used to be a 68km row from Iluka at the mouth of the Clarence River, upriver to Grafton but was revised in 2010 due to flooding and inclement weather.

The 2014 Rowathon is on Saturday, July 5, 2014

The rowathon is now a revised event starting upriver at Copmanhurst and finishing at Grafton Rowing Club

The Upper Clarence Rowathon from Copmanhurst to Graftonis a fundraiser for the Northern Region Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service.

The distance is 40 kms, with 4 legs each approximately 10 km.
As in previous years, entrants can row the whole distance themselves or share their boat with other crew members, with crew change stations available along the course.

The entry fee is $25 per head, or $50 with dinner included, with entries due by Friday, June 20, 2014. The following documents can be downloaded for completing entries:
